1. Program Name

This messaging program is operated by MountainSide Contractors, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Program Description

By opting into our messaging program, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from MountainSide Contractors, LLC related to:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Project updates and scheduling
  • Estimates and invoices
  • Customer service communications
  • Promotions and special offers

Marketing and promotional messages require a separate opt-in from non-marketing service messages. You may consent to one, both, or neither.

Our services include, but are not limited to:
Home Addition Services, Residential Stucco Services, Residential Masonry Services, Residential Concrete Services, Residential Landscaping Services, Commercial Concrete Services, Commercial Masonry Services, Commercial Stucco Services, Tenant Build Outs, and Commercial New Development.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with us. You may receive recurring messages related to your service requests, appointments, or account activity.

4. Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Opt-In Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from MountainSide Contractors, LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message we send you. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by MountainSide Contractors, LLC. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
